Automatic controls regulate the climate<\/h2>\r\n\t \t <\/div>\r\n\t \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our <\/span>automatic control<\/b> dTouch continuously adjusts the ideal <\/span>air temperature<\/b> and <\/span>humidity<\/b> to dry under <\/span>favourable<\/b> conditions. The system does this depending on the <\/span>thickness<\/b> and <\/span>density<\/b> of the material to be dried.<\/span><\/p>

With the help of <\/span>software<\/b> and a user-friendly <\/span>interface<\/b>, you can even <\/span>connect the model to your PC<\/b> and therefore manage your installation <\/span>remotely<\/b>. The controller comes standard with <\/span>four wood humidity measurement points<\/b>, <\/span>one air temperature probe<\/b> and <\/span>one EMC measurement<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In order to keep the <\/span>humidity<\/b> under control at all times, we provide a <\/span>humidification system<\/b> with <\/span>stainless steel<\/b> nozzles in addition to our dehumidifier to <\/span>increase<\/b> the humidity if desired. The system consists of a <\/span>solenoid valve<\/b> and a <\/span>stainless steel<\/b> tube with a number of <\/span>stainless steel nozzles<\/b> mounted on it.<\/span><\/p>

In order to protect the drying chamber against <\/span>overheating,<\/b> we provide two <\/span>motorised air valves<\/b>. We place it on the <\/span>side walls<\/b> or on the <\/span>roof<\/b> of the chamber. We connect all these components to our central <\/span>switchboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>
